AI ERP software in the UAE: an assistant that answers from your own data, quotes from RFQs and reads supplier bills

AI ERP software in the UAE should save hours on the tasks people already do every day: pricing an RFQ, keying a supplier invoice, deciding which lead to call and what to reorder before Ramadan. e-tijariX, offered, implemented and supported by Next Orbit, puts AI inside those workflows rather than in a separate chat window. Ask e-tijariX answers business questions in English or Arabic with sources, and each AI feature falls back to rules when no AI key is configured.

  • Ask e-tijariX with sources
  • Quote Assistant reads RFQs

Quick answer

What is AI in ERP and who is it for?

AI ERP software in the UAE applies AI to the documents and decisions inside the ERP rather than in a separate tool. e-tijariX, offered, implemented and supported by Next Orbit, includes Ask e-tijariX in English and Arabic with sources, a Quote Assistant that prices an RFQ within margin, supplier invoice reading with a three-way match, lead scoring, pipeline forecast and demand forecasting that knows the GCC calendar. Cost controls and data masking apply, and every feature works without an AI key through a rule-based fallback.

  • AI where the work is. The useful AI sits in the quote screen, the bills inbox, the pipeline and the reorder list, so staff get a draft to confirm rather than a tool to learn.
  • Answers with sources. Ask e-tijariX replies to a question such as which customers are overdue by more than sixty days with the figures and the records it used, in English or Arabic.
  • Control over cost and data. Spend limits per feature, masking of personal and salary data before any call leaves the system, and a full log of what was asked and answered.
  • What Next Orbit delivers. AI provider setup or rule-based mode, cost limits and masking rules, quote assistant training on your catalogue, forecasting tuned to your calendar and custom models through the API where needed.
  • Office. Next Orbit Technologies L.L.C, 509-23, Mai Tower, Al Nahda 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving the whole UAE, the GCC and globally.
  • Built around your operation The architecture is agreed with you before any code, so the system fits how you already work.
  • Proven before you commit A prototype built around your workflow shows it working before the main investment.
  • Ready for the UAE Arabic and English, UAE compliance such as VAT and e-invoicing where it applies, UAE hosting where your rules require it, secure by design.

Who it is for

Organisations we build AI in ERP for

  • Traders answering many RFQs

Sales desks that receive long RFQs daily and want a priced draft to review rather than a document to retype line by line.

  • Importers with heavy payables

Payables teams processing hundreds of supplier invoices a month who want them read, matched and drafted before anyone opens the inbox.

  • Seasonal retailers and distributors

Businesses whose demand swings with Ramadan, Eid and festival seasons and who reorder too late or too much every year.

  • Owners who want answers

Managers who would rather ask a question in Arabic or English and get the figures with sources than build and maintain a report.

Questions, answered

AI in ERP in the UAE: questions we are asked

01 What is AI ERP software in the UAE?

It is an ERP where AI reads documents, scores leads, forecasts demand and answers questions from the business's own data inside the normal workflows. e-tijariX does this across quoting, purchasing, CRM, inventory and reporting, in English and Arabic, with the person always confirming before anything posts.

02 Does AI ERP software in the UAE work without an AI subscription?

Yes. Every AI feature in e-tijariX has a rule-based fallback, so quoting, bill matching, scoring and reorder suggestions still work without an AI key. When you add a provider key later, the AI versions switch on with cost limits and masking already in place.

03 Is our data sent to an AI provider?

Only when you configure a provider key, and then only the masked data needed for the request. Personal, salary and other sensitive fields are masked before any call, spend is capped per feature and every request and answer is logged. Rule-based mode sends nothing outside the system.

04 How accurate is the Quote Assistant?

It matches RFQ lines to catalogue items and prices within your margin rule, then flags anything it could not match with confidence for the salesperson. Accuracy depends on catalogue quality, which is why Next Orbit tunes it on your items and past quotes during implementation. The salesperson always reviews before sending.

05 Can AI ERP software in the UAE answer questions in Arabic?

Yes. Ask e-tijariX accepts questions in Arabic or English and answers in the same language with the sources it used. Storefront search also understands Arabic queries, and the HR assistant answers staff questions from your own policies in either language.

06 How does demand forecasting know the GCC calendar?

The forecast includes Ramadan, Eid, the Dubai Shopping Festival and other regional events alongside your sales history, so it anticipates the weeks when demand rises or falls. Suggestions appear as draft purchase requests and can be adjusted before approval.

07 Can Next Orbit build custom AI on top of e-tijariX?

Yes. Next Orbit's AI development team builds custom models and agents, for example a pricing model or a document classifier, and connects them through the public REST API and webhooks, so they read and write the same data as the built-in assistants.
