Dealer portal software in the UAE: dealers apply online, pass KYC, get a tier and credit terms, then order themselves

Dealer portal software in the UAE replaces the WhatsApp order, the emailed price list and the trade licence photo saved in someone's phone. A distributor with a few hundred dealers spends its sales team's day keying orders and chasing documents. The dealers and wholesale module of e-tijariX, offered, implemented and supported by Next Orbit, lets a dealer apply online, upload licence and TRN into a KYC vault, be reviewed for risk, receive a tier and credit terms and then order at their own prices.

Quick answer

What is dealer portal and who is it for?

Dealer portal software in the UAE gives trade customers a login where they apply for an account and place orders at their agreed prices and credit terms. The dealers and wholesale module of e-tijariX, offered, implemented and supported by Next Orbit, runs the online application, stores trade licence, TRN and signatory documents in a KYC vault, routes the risk review to your team, assigns a tier and credit limit, and opens the dealer to a B2B store that posts to the same ledger as every other sale.

  • The manual version. Dealers send orders by message, prices are quoted from memory, credit is granted on a handshake and licence copies expire unnoticed until an audit asks for them.
  • Self-onboarding. A dealer fills the application, uploads documents, and your team reviews risk and approves with a tier and credit terms; the dealer receives a login the same day.
  • Ordering at their prices. Each tier carries its price list, quantity breaks and payment terms, and the dealer sees stock, orders, invoices, statements and payment links in one place.
  • What Next Orbit delivers. Application form and document rules, review workflow, tier and credit design, B2B store setup, dealer migration with balances, and training for your sales and credit teams.
  • Office. Next Orbit Technologies L.L.C, 509-23, Mai Tower, Al Nahda 1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, serving the whole UAE, the GCC and globally.
  • Built around your operation The architecture is agreed with you before any code, so the system fits how you already work.
  • Proven before you commit A prototype built around your workflow shows it working before the main investment.
  • Ready for the UAE Arabic and English, UAE compliance such as VAT and e-invoicing where it applies, UAE hosting where your rules require it, secure by design.

Questions, answered

Dealer portal in the UAE: questions we are asked

01 What is dealer portal software in the UAE?

It is a B2B system where trade customers apply for an account online, keep their compliance documents current and order at their agreed prices and credit terms. In e-tijariX it is part of the same platform as stock, invoicing and accounts, so dealer orders reserve stock and post to the ledger.

02 How does dealer onboarding with KYC work?

The dealer completes an online application and uploads trade licence, TRN, signatory ID and bank details into a KYC vault. Your team scores risk from a checklist, approves or asks for more, assigns a tier and credit limit and the dealer receives a login. Expiry reminders keep documents current.

03 Can dealer portal software in the UAE handle different prices per dealer?

Yes. Each tier has its own price list, quantity breaks and terms, and individual dealers can carry negotiated overrides. The dealer only sees their own prices, and the margin guard applies to any manual discount a salesperson adds.

04 What happens when a dealer orders over their credit limit?

The order is accepted but held for credit approval, with the dealer's ageing, limit and open orders shown to the approver. The credit team can approve, ask for a payment first or reduce the order. Dealers can settle open invoices by pay-by-link from the portal to release the hold.

05 Is the dealer portal available in Arabic?

Yes. The application form, portal, product content, order confirmations, invoices and statements work in Arabic and English with right-to-left layout. Dealers choose their language at sign-up and can change it later.

06 Does dealer portal software in the UAE connect to our stock and accounts?

On e-tijariX there is nothing to connect: a dealer order reserves stock in the chosen warehouse, dispatch releases it at cost, the tax invoice posts to receivables and the dealer's statement updates. See ERP for trading companies.

07 Can dealers order by uploading an Excel file?

Yes. A dealer can upload an order sheet with item codes and quantities, reorder from a previous order or build a cart from search. Unknown codes are flagged for correction, and the order confirms stock availability per line before submission.
